The forum has some very simple guidelines to go by.

1 - This is a security forum, which means security for you, for me, and for the software vendors that provide us with all the wonderful programs. If you steal software, stop doing that, and to receive assistance here be sure to uninstall/delete any that exists on your system.

2 - The primary purpose of this forum is to provide free assistance in the removal of computer infections, as well as assist with any repairs, as needed. So it is not a place to advertise. Anything. If you want to promote your site, your services or your programs, buy ad time on television or in magazines, but don't plan on doing any of it here.

3 - Malware (spyware/adware/viruses/hijackers etc.) removal assistance is restricted to only being provided in the MalwareCrypt forums, by approved persons. Do not post advice in another person's request thread. Failure to abide by this will result in your posts being deleted without warning, and can lead to having your forum access revoked.

4 - The assistance is primarily intended to assist those with personal use computers. Although some assistance may be provided for business related situations, this will be done on a case by case basis. Most requests for assistance in repairs on business owned computers will be directed to relying on the services of their own in-house staff, or a suggestion to seek solutions through commercial security repair services.

5 - There are a gazillion variations of different settings that make up each computer's unique setup. Unless the gazillion settings on your computer are an exact match for the gazillion settings on the computer in a request thread here,  running the same repairs on your system that you see done here may leave you without the ability to reboot your computer. Better to be patient, follow the steps to post a new request, still be patient, then only follow along with the procedures provided for your unique system and situation.

Infections come to MalwareCrypt be buried. Be patient, complete all steps as suggested and we will do just that, leaving your computer clear of malware and any unwanted changes that may have made.
