It has come to my attention that some current malwares are blocking access to the forum here - the user will see a "Internet Explorer cannot display webpage" displayed when they use the MalwareCrypt.com address or link.

If you or someone you know is experiencing this type of block, two work-arounds to use would be to either use an available free online proxy service, or start a request from a non-infected computer to receive initial advice on some repair steps.

As this Conficker malware is running a pre-existing list of blocked sites, those that are currently infected can try F-Secure's alternate download site here. To improve chances of success when downloading the fseasyclean.exe to run their Easy Clean malware scanner, rename the file to fse.com or similar name while downloading. Then click that to install and run Easy Clean.

I suggest you reboot to Safe Mode with Networking (at reboot tap the F8 key and select that from the menu). Then do the download of the renamed file and click to run a scan in Safe Mode. Reboot to normal mode and again run a new Easy Clean scan, allowing it to remove all infection it locates each time.

Then follow the steps here to start a request and we will finish cleaning up your system.
