i don't know if i understand it right or not...i renamed the OTL to those 3.but nothing happened!!!

The work needs to be done here in the forum - working through email then leaves it where no one else can benefit from the steps/solutions.
The idea with renaming OTL.exe was to rename it, then click it to see if it will open using that different file extension. If .exe files are not opening correctly, then maybe .com, .scr or .pif files will. These file types are also "executable" files, so just need to find one that works.
