Help! I just got Win32.Zafi.B

... on my computer. I posted this elsewhere but just found this thread. So please excuse me. I don't know what to do. I already clicked on the "enable protection" bar. Now I'm getting directed to something called DEFENDER-REVIEW all the time and my Outlook keeps crashing as does Firefox and... I switched over to Opera which lets me use the internet. Also, I went on Earthlink to retrieve my emails and the site was loaded with porn ads for enlarged penises. Earthlink!!! We tried downloading something to clean it up and it wouldn't take it. Ad-aware got all it could but the computer is still a mess. Avast isn't turning... I got Anti-Virus 2008 last year and Comcast took hours to clean it up. Any advice, prayers, appreciated. Is it hopeless? Am I going to have to take it into a shop... and how much damage is this thing going to do? I'm in Los Angeles now so if you can recommend a shop or person to fix it, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Please email me directly if you can with a reply.

No need to post the request in more than one location julia, so I will close this one and you and I can continue our already started repair work here (<-- link). You also do not want to suggest people email you from open forum sites as this too often draws the wrong interests as a response.
